Corlasa is a dairy industry located in Esperanza, Santa Fe, Argentina in the Herat of the more important dairy region in South America. It belongs to two shareholders form Argentina and Peru: Gonella Group and Gloria Group. The plant is modern and completely automated. The policy of the owners is to minimize any environmental impact with a Plant of Waste Water Treatment to fulfil this mission. The plant has not only a modern and well equipped laboratory but also a solid system of quality control management that assures the quality of the products, starting in the raw materials, during the actual process until of the final product and also during the shelf life. CORLASa produces whole and skimmed milk powder both regular and instant, with or without vitamins and it has recently installed a modern Anhydrous Milk fat and Butter oil plant.
