1. How to choose machine type?

Machine type is determined by product characteristics, bag style, bag size, packing speed and so on.

2. What is the lead time?

For small packing machine, lead time is 10-20 days, for medium packing machines, 30-45days, for large packing machines and whole packaging line, 45-60days, and for specially designed machines, 60-90days.

The above lead time is calculated upon receipt of the deposit.

3. What is the payment method?

T/T 30% as deposit, then the balance before shipment.

4. What is the price item?

Most popular items:

CFR: We are responsible for the shipping rate, buyer only pick up goods at destination port and make customs clearance.

CIF: We responsible for shipping rate and insurace charges.

FOB: We send machiens to China port and make customs clearance, buyer ship machines and bear shipping rate.

Double clearance: suitable for some countires which has strong importing restrcitions, such as Negeria, we make customs clearance both in China and destination port, we responsible for all fees, including shipping rate, tariffs and other related fees.

1. Buyer install it according to manuals or after getting tranings in our factory.

2. We send technician to install with certain fees borne by buyer.

10. What is the warranty and after-sale service?

Warranty is one year from buyer's receiving the goods or successful commissioning on the site.

During the warranty period, if machine break down, we replace the faulty parts free of charge, buyer only pay for shipping or air fees.

After the warranty period, any service and assistance sitll provided with certain fees borne by buyer.
