Specification:
The white peach puree is made from sound, ripe white peach, through cleaning, sorting , crushing, destonning , finnishing , evapratiing and sterilzing, finally aseptically filled into 55 gallon aseptic bag, then into open head steel drum, with the specification as following:
Flavor: Typical of sound peach, with no abnormal taste.
Color: milky light yellow
Brix: 30-32 Brix
Acid: 0.86-1.4% as citric acid
P H:3.8-4.2
Viscosity: Max 10.8cms( Bostwick 15 Bx. 20℃,30 sec)
TPC: Max 10 UFC
Mold/Yeast: Max 10UFC
Additive: Ascobic Acid
Packing: in 55gl aseptic bag, then into open head steel drum with one additional poly liner 220kg net weight per drum,80 drums per container. |
