Ecological: Produced from ecologically cultivated grapes of grapevines aged on average 70 years. The vinification follows traditional methods such as carbonic maceration (compilation in boxes and fermentation inside the own grain). Certified by the Committee of Ecological Agriculture of the Region of Valencia.
Appellation of Origin: Utiel-Requena.

Packing: Boxes with 6 separated bottles. Each box is marked with the kind of wine it contains. 125 boxes over an europalet (750 bottles/europalet)

Alcohol: 13% Vol.
Tasting Notes: Red garnet, clean and with blue edges that denote its youth. In mouth, it is well balanced, structured, with a pleasant and extended finish, evoking the tempranillo variety.
