WINWAY® II Polydextrose Powder FCC is a randomly bonded condensation polymer of D-glucose with some bound sorbitol and a suitable acid.

SOLUBILITY:

Very soluble in water (approximately 80g/100ml @ 20), but only sparingly soluble to insoluble in most organic solvents.

WINWAY® II should be stored in airtight containers in a dry place below 40 (104).
