Functions and working principle: RGR-250VT vacuum tumbler is mainly used for cooking
hams, sausages and other raw meat, as well as used in preserving process of all kinds of livestock, poultry and fish. Under vacuum condition, raw meat will be kneaded, threshed and held by rotating paddle, and that will accelerate the brine infiltration and dissolving and extraction of parapeptone. Through this method, the product ratio will be improved and cooking loss is reduced. By tumbling, the time of preserving process will be shortened and meat quality is improved.
