Wine features: Deep ruby-red coloured wine with some tile-coloured tones and a medium intensity. It has a fruity scent very well combined with an ageing process. Both of which are spread out in nose as elegant leather, tobacco and spice nuances. This wine is long and vigorous in month and also very well balanced and lively. Its long features from wood ageing last in the retronasal via with well-matched noble tannins.
Serving suggestions:The consumption of this wine is suggested at 18oC. It is a suitable wine for heavy meals, any kind of meat (game, ox, lamb, poultry), stews and cure or strong-paste cheese. At a lower temperature, it is notably recommended to consume with soups, creams, pat¨|s and cooked-in-sauce fish. It should be "let to breathe" before its consumption.
