Properties: Angelica honey is one of the most rare and valuable varieties. Bees make it from the flower nectar of medicinal plant Angelica. Its color varies from rich brown to brownish with a red tint, sometimes it is possible to come across the angelica variety with light greenish tint. However, preference to Angelica honey is a matter of taste. It has a fairly sharp specific aroma, some bitterness and leaves a well pronounced bonbon aftertaste. This is one of the very special honeys, which have little ability to crystallization. This means that until the spring there is fresh liquid honey. ?
