Vacuum fast cooling machine which mainly consists of a vacuum chamber, vacuum pumping gas system, cooling system, control system, sheet metal (304 high-quality stainless steel) components, such as shell. 1 The machine is designed as the standard of safe operation, high efficiency and energy saving, health.
2 Rapid cooling. It can cool cooked food of 100 ºC to room temperature of 25 ºC in 15 minutes(suitable for the high temperature products).
3 The cooling time of only 20 minutes can drop to 0 ºC, so that the cooling process can quickly skip the bacterial growth temperature of 20 ºC -50 ºC. Extended products shelf life (suitable for the low temperature products)
