I have a client who is interested to buy Production line for " Potatoes chips " from the point of receiving the potatoes to the point of having the chips wrapped in their bags ready to be sold . I would like you to provide explanations and prices for the following points :-

2. Delivery time,

3. Area required for the Machines . Layout Plan .

4. Installation of the machines ,

5. No. of people required to operate the machine..

6. Warranty period .

7. After sales services ( like spare parts and materials needed like wrapping papper for example ) .

8. Training .

9. This order will be done by means of an LC . Your Banking details Plus your terms and conditions will be required . 

10. Any other point which you may think relevant .



I work on commission bases so I expect you to pay me certain percentage or agreed lump sum .
