1. What is the warranty of evod ? 

Answer : The warranty of EVOD battery is 6month , the warranty of atomizer is three months  ( It is depend on customer ’ s using way ) 

2. If during the warranty , the products have some quality problem , how should I do ? 

Answer : Don ’ t worry , if have any quality problem during the warranty time , pls take a photo or make a video and send to us . No need send the damages to us to avoid the delivery fee . We will resend you some new Accessories for free with ur next new order . 

3.Why your EVOD is a little expensive than many other factories ? 

Answer : first , For our EVOD , we use all the best martial . 

For atomizer : the hardware is produced by us , It is approved strictly testing . All the hardware are cooper , Much more better than the  Zinc alloy  which is  Widely used  in market . 

Especially the coil and Fiber , It is imported from USA . The fiber is much more easy to absorbing. The coil is made of specially martial . That can sure longer working time than the usual MT3 . Also we can sure 100% No leaking , no burn smell . 

For the battery : we use the 100% A standard HGB battery cells . We have professional  Partial volume cabinet  can test the battery quality by ourselves ( many small company have no that machine because of high cost and their battery can ’ t approved the this testing ) 

For the control board : We use the STW brand which is very excellent in China . 

For USB charger : 100% 1053profection function .

4.How is shipping ?

5. What is the MOQ for OEM

Answer : OEM for atomizer is 1000pcs , But if need do logo on color box , the MOQ is 2000pcs

OEM for double kit gift box is 500sets , for zipper case is 200sets

OEM for blister packing is 2000sets

5. If i need do the OEM package for blister but qty is lower than 2000sets , How should I do ?

Answer : If that , you need pay extra film fee . You also can do 2000pcs packing and we will leave the rest pakcing in our store room , next time if you need order more , we will not charge you the package fee .
