1.  How to work??

a.    Centrifugal motion.

   The vertical vibrating motor is the vibrating power of machine. And there are two eccentric blocks on the motor’s upper and down. The eccentric blocks make cubic element movement (horizonal, up-down, and tilting). The centrifugal motion will control the material running track.

b. how to finish the screening?

   According to the material‘s size, choosing the suitable mesh size, the screening and filtering can be finished well.

2.     How to choose machine material??

Three machine material are supported. ALL STAILESS STEEL; ALL CARBON STEEL, CONTACT PART STAINLESS STEEL;

a.   Used for mining, construction, etc industry, all carbon steel is well recommended.

b.   Used for chemical, papermaking, environmental protection, etc, the contact part stainless steel well recommended.

c.   Used for food, medicine, etc, all stainless steel are well recommended.

3. How to choose layer???

a.   Removing impurity. Generally, single layer is recommended for removing impurity.

b.   Screening, filtering and grading. If the material size include 2 kinds, single layer is available; if the material size is 3 kinds, two layers are suitable; If the material size is four kinds, three layers are recommended. The rest can be done in the same manner.  5 layers are supported at most on a machine.

4. How to adjust material motion trail??

      By changing the eccentric block’s included angle (the upper and down), the material motion trail will be changed.

5. How to change sieve mesh??

The reference video will be sent on requirement.

6. How to get a suitable machine??

Pls provide the follow information for us.

a. material name, the density, water content(%).

b. the necessary capacity you required(per hour)

c. Machine material. Pls choose one:

    1. SUS 304 or SUS316

    2. All carbon steel 235 A

    3. The contacting part is SUS304, the other parts is carbon steel.  

d.    the dimension of the machine can be designed for you.

e. Pls inform the voltage, and frequency (50HZ or 60HZ).

f. Additional parts, like the mobile wheel, removing-dust hole and  noise-proof base, can be easily fixed and maintained
