Elaborated from loin pieces from the Iberian pig.  The sausage cular is a variety of Iberian sausage elaborated exclusively with hams of Iberian pork. He appears in thick gut (cular) of pork of 40-60 mm. Of calibre and 50-60 cm. Of length. To the cut he presents a marmoreal aspect with predominance of the lean part, of red and alive color. It consists of 80 % of loin of Iberian pork, 20 % of bacon, salt, paprika, garlic, oregano, other spices, white Wine and olive oil, though his ingredients can change. His dried one is in the habit of having a duration from 5 to 6 months
