The yeast consists of various biological active materials needed by human body, such as quality protein, amino acid, vitamin B, microelement and carbohydrate.
The yeast is widely used in food industry and the fermentation industry,like steamed bun, steamed roll,bread,cookies,pastry,fried dough twist, twisted cruller and other fermented food.
Low sugar instant dry yeast is suitable for bread making with sugarless or low-sugar formula, sugar addition level is in the range of 0-7% of flour.
High sugar instant dry yeast is suitable for bread making with high sugar formula, sugar addition level is in the range of 7-20% of flour.
Dosage : the dosage of yeast in bread is 0.8-1.0% of flour.
Application: mix dry yeast with raw material as flour until smooth, then add water (better in 35
centigrade degree) and stir it. For best result,the dough must be kept in 30 centigrade
degree.
