The Agglomerated Instant Coffee is prepared essentially by the spray dried instant coffee (powder). With specific equipment and special processing for that purpose, the agglomeration process provides the desirable grain size and mechanical resistance of the product. The advantages of Agglomerated instant coffee include the speed of preparation (the instant coffee is dissolved instantly in hot or cold water). The Agglomerated instant coffee preferred by some consumers because of their aesthetic offering (grain) and is convenient because of its rapid dissolution.
