Grown on our own farms, this variety loves our sub-tropical climate and is in production 12 months of the year.

This versitile puree is currently being used by descerning manufacturers requiring subtle hints in Guacamole and Sweet Chilli Sauce through to those wishing for an unmistakable zing in Sambal Olek and Chilli Con Carne.
