There are three types of packages like below :

1. 5-7layer carton box

2. carton box with wooden frame outside

3. wooden crate

Shipping Type: if it is a LCL shipment, we advise you to take by 2 and 3 packing way

If it is a FCL shipment, all three types of packing way are acceptable

We strongly recommend you to take our equipments by FCL shipment to save costs and loading space. Because we have many kinds of large equipment to small equipments for loading. We are pleased to offer loading project for you to cut off loading cost and wastes in space

In worldwide ,total there are several voltage disparities like 220 240v/50hz ,220v/60hz (can be take as commercial use),115v/60hz , 380v/50hz( commercial use) . Stephen advice you’d better choose 220v/50Hz or 220v/60Hz. These two can be used worldwide even in some 115v/50Hz countries. We can save a lot of production period to fasten your delivery.

Meanwhile,there are R22 and R404a gas optional. You must assure of the gas used in your location in case of wrong gas.

Above two techs requirement will cause different price gap. If not standard like china tech, there should be some extra charge, you must aware of it in avoid of wrong transition.

1. What is the MOQ?

Each item with 10pcs is ok for our MOQ, because normally we quote under Fob, If less than our MOQ requirement ,we will charge extra for local charge

2. What is the warranty? And how do you fulfill it ?

We offer 1 year warranty. Each order we will send 1% total value spare parts and for some special requests we will need proof to show for us as evidence

3. What is your product quality compare to other suppliers in china ?

These years we invest a lot on manufacturing equipments like laser cutting machine to make our craftworks better and we test everything machine before delivery

4. What is your payment method ?

If LCL shipment ,we prefer to take full payment , if FCL shipment, we would like to take 30% as deposit and 70% balance against loading
