1 Adopt vacuum dough mixing and photoelectric control
2 The set of machinary is equipped with PLC control and frequency converter for speed control.
3 The compound rolling sheeter is equipped with automatic Dough Sheet rolling device and the
continuous rolling sheeter with stepless variable-speed drive cutte, which can set the noodle
length freely instead of measuring the weight.
4 In production process, the dough-sheet tightness is automatically controlled by photoelectric
switches.
5 Each pair of rollers of the continuous rolling sheeters is controlled respectively.
6 Starch can be evenly spread on both sides of the dough sheet
7 The unit has been developed for producing kinds of high-standard fresh noodles, wonton
skins, Dumpling skins and Egg roll skins.
