Boiled fillet, skinless, inner membrane remove,natural white color. Laminated between 0.8 and 1.2 cm. Boiled in water 95°C. Cooking time not morethan 15min. Salt: 2% and 3%. Moisture: Not exceeding 75% Size: The measurementsof each fillet are in a range of 10cm to 15cm of width and natural length.
