This series of equipments are used for producing UHT milk.
Th is line mainly consists of water treatment system, fermentation and mixing system, filling system, sterilizing system, labeling system, packing system , CIP and ink-jet printer.
1. Water Treatment System
This machine is used for treatment of raw water in order to make it achieve the standard of drinking.
The pretreatment system which concludes sand filter, activated carbon filter, and sodium ion filter can get rid of large particle impurities and suspended solids, improve flow rate of the water as well as remove the off-flavors of the raw water effectively and the remaining chlorine.
The RO system uses the high efficient and low pressure composite membrane, therefore the desalination rate has been increased to 99%. After filtration, the water will achieve the standards of drinking.
2. F ermentation and M ixing S ystem
This system contains many tanks, such as seeding tank, fermentation tank and mixing tank to make the milk achieving the customer ’ s requirements.
The fermentation tank adopts internal recycling mode and blending paddle to distribute and break up bubbles. Therefore, high speed of oxygen solution and good quality of blending are achieved. Tank body is made of Stainless Steel 304 or 316, and automatic spraying and cleaning nozzle in the tank to ensure producing procedure to comply with the food standard requirements.
3 . Filling System
Three-in-One Filling Machine
Th e three-in-one filling machine is used for washing, filling, and capping bottles of milk , and the three functions are integrated into one body. Th is machine uses normal filling method. The whole working process is automatic and is easy and convenient to operating.
The main parts of the machine is made by high quality stainless steel 304. The advanced Omron programmed controller PLC is adopted to control the machine to run automatically. The bottle entrance adopts wind sending conveyor, and the bottle exit adopts speed adjustable conveyor, coordinating with the transducer so as to make the bottle conveying more steadily and reliably.
The equipment uses advanced photoelectric detection technology to detect each part’s operation status, making it no bottle no filling, and no bottle no capping.

4 . Steriliz ing System
This series of ma chines are used for sterilizing and homogenization, including former sterilizer, later sterilizer, and homogenizer.
5 . Packing System
The machine is used for packing bottles with film.
6 . CIP
Th is machine is used for cleaning the material pipelines and tank equipments . It contains three tanks, one is hot water tank, the other is acid tank, the third is alkali tank. The equipment is made of stainless steel 304 or 316. It can be operated by touch screen and very easy to handle. We have integrated type and split type.
7 . Ink-jet Printer
This machine is used for printing production date and expiry date on the bottle.
