Vinification: Pulp separated from stems and with addition of pure culture east undergoes Alcoholic fermentation at the temperature 23−25°C. When alcoholic fermentation is over, wine undergoes malo-lactic fermentation. Wine is aged in vats with oxidation during 10-15 months.

Palate: Ripe tannins, flavor of cowberries and black prunes with pleasant finish
