The Selection Selection Cà del Colle is the result of a long vine growing and enological tradition; The entire family works day by day with passion, care and professional dedication, in order to offer to the consumer wines of high quality. They cultivate, 30 hectares of vineyards situated along the west hillside of the Euganean Hills, Regional Park. The lands, constituted from volcanic nucleus and limestone sediments, represent the ideal habitat for the vine cultivation, practiced in these zones since the ancient times.
For over a decade they apply techniques of integrated cultivation, with the purpose of reinforcing the biological-natural mechanisms, thus reducing the phyto sanitary treatments, in protection of both the atmosphere and the consumer.  The goal is to assert the quality of the ancient winemaking tradition, that finds the best expression in all the products : the more important classic  wines, the red more important and some characteristic white Wine fined in barriques.
