"Maldives Fish" canned tuna products are manufactured from cooked tuna fish, which is skinned, headed, eviscerated, trimmed of all blood meat, scorched and packed with a covering of oil or brine in hermetically sealed can and sterilized to achieve commercial sterility by application of heat.
Raw material used:
1) Tuna:
The general tuna species use for manufacture of canned tuna is 'Yellow fin tuna'.
2) Water:
The water used as water, or water used to make brine is potable water.
3) Vegetable Oil:
Sunflower oil as the base for our tuna chunks in oil.
4) Salt:
Only the best food grade salt is used.
5) Coconut Milk & Spices:
fresh coconut milk and natural spices form the basic ingridients use in curry packs.
Weight & Package size:
185 grams per can, 48 cans per carton.
1,800 cartons per 20 footer container.
