*Pretreatment of raw material reduces the content of ash and impurities and increases the content of reducing sugar. Using advanced process control and special catalyst makes the color reaction complete. The colority and brightness of product are incomparably superior to those of foreign and domestic similar type of products.

*Application and characteristics of different types:
1.High content of effective coloring components, high coloring power.
2.Red color index >/=5.5. Can realize better reddish brown color to meet the redness required by common soy sauce.
3.Natural and bright color, good salt tolerance, good solubility, clear liquid.
4.Dosage in soy sauce 2-4%. Suitable for fermented and artificial soy sauce, pickles, etc.; unsuitable for artificial vinegar.
