Production Area Lugana di Sirmione
The Champenoise method Giovanni Avanzi (Chardonnay Garda D.O.C.) is made with grapes of Chardonnay from the Farm Antica Bragagna in Sirmione. After the first fermentation, it is added brown sugar and selected yeasts to the wine, so to start the second fermentation in bottle. It stays 30 months in the bottle in cellars at steady and controlled temperature.
