Usage:
protein is a kind of white or light yellow low molecular mass polypeptide powder, which consists of 18 kinds of amino acids, and possesses many characteristics, such as protection to gelatin, surface activity, being membranousm wetting property, stability and ease of silubility. It is widely used in many special food industries, as drinking nutritive medium, fruit milk, drinking, cosmetic, bonny and diet food, condiment, bread, instant noodle, amino acid guanules and so on. It is also widely used in other aspects as protecting skin and hair and other medical industries.
For food :
1.It can improve the product yield of meat, prevent oil, water droplets of condensed,
prevent the product oil or water separation, improve the taste of the products and
structure. Keep moist, exquisite products organization, the improvement of the

Dosage and administration:
Determined by the customers' recipe, the recommended dosage being 0.5%-5%, stirring or temperature rising can make the dissolution rapidly, it also could be added to the fodder afte preparation of the water solution.
Package, storage and valid period:
Compound kraft paper or double corrugated paper is used as the external package,and food-grade thin plastic bag for the inner package, Specification: net wt 10kg/bag, or according to the requirement of the customer.
Store the product in a cool and dry place in a clean storehouse with good ventilation protecting from moisture, and keep it away from toxic and pollutans substances.
In case of intact package and up to the above storage requirement, the vaild period is two years.
