We offer Ecuadorian cocoa paste, 100% fine cocoa aroma, for use in producing the finest chocolate. An excellent product of cocoa variety Arriba or National that will produce fine chocolate texture and delicious aroma.
The product obtained by mechanical disintegration of cocoa beans and peeled clean , without removing or adding any of its components.
The selected grain is roasted , husked, milled and refined. The final product is tempered packed in 25 or 30kg blocks .
Composition: In terms of proximate analysis , consists of: Fat 56.6 % Protein 12.0 % Carbohydrates 7.0 % m, acidity ( Ac.oleico) 5.6%, Ash 4.5% Fibre 2.3% Moisture 1.1%, 0.5% Shells , Other 10.4 %
Presentation: Packaging and Labeling Product is contained in cardboard boxes with inner polyethylene bag . Each lot is accompanied by a certificate of quality. Net weight: 25 or 30kg
