Main Usage

The machine set is widely used in such fields as pharmaceutical, food, chemical etc.. It is suitable for heat sensitivity matericals such as sugar,plastic powder and Chinese herbal.

Specialty

The machine unit is made up of main engini, auxiliary machine, gathering pipe and electrical control device.The material is fed into the pulverizing room through the charging bucket, and pulverized by knife with high rotation. The fineness of the material is controlled by the adjustment of the gap between stepped gear and stepped pan. The well-processed material is suctioned from the pulverizing room to the hop-pocket in the aggregating box by fan blade with high rotation, while the half-processed material will remain to be pulverized in the pulverizing room. The dust in the hop-pocket is collected by the dust collection box. The machine unit is designed according to GMP standard. It is featured with simple structure, convenient operation and cleaning, low noise, and high output. The machine is made of stainless steel with high quality. There is no dust during the pulverizing.
