A dopts corn flour, wheat flour, rice flour as raw material and is cooked 

under the high temperature and high pressure. At the same time, it is 

extruded and formed from the mould. Then cut by the sideward cutter with 

certain length continuously. After being Baked in the Dryer under the 

suitable temperature, then Sprayed oil and cheese powder or other seasoning 

on cheese puffs surface. At last, it is packed automatically with expected 

packaging.

C. Extruder Capacity:  150kg/h, 240kg/h and 500kg/h.

D. Voltage:  In China, Three Phases are 380V/50Hz, Single Phase is 220V/50Hz,

5. FAQ

A. Finished time

The production line will be finished in 30-40 days after confirmation.

B. Payment Term

30% is paid by T/T as the down payment, 70% is paid by T/T or T/C before 

shipment.

C. Delivery Time

When the machines are finished, we will invite you to our factory for 

testing machine.
