Q1:What is your products range?

--our products range a wide areas such as food(rice,popcorn,bread,chips,cookies etc.)beverage(coffee,tea,juice etc),gift,cooking flavour,medicine,etc.

 

Q2:Are you a manufacturer?

--yes,we have a 4200 m ²  factory with a 4 floor production departments(including printing,laminated,extra edge cutting,material folding,heat seal,QC,packing etc),we have more than 50 production machines and more than 200 workers.

 

Q3:what information should I tell you if I want a precise quotation?

--just let me know the usage,the materials,size,thickness,print,artwork,quantity and other detailed requitements of the bags you need.If your products are special(liquid,causticity,acidity,alkalinity,electriferous etc.),kindly let me know,I am glad to offer you the most reasonable price and apporiate scheme for you.

Q4:when we create the artwork,what kind of format is available for printing?

--AI,CDR,PDF are all ok,no less than 120DPI,the higher,the better.

 

Q5:are samples available,are they free?

--we have a 8-year production experence and so have a abundant samples in hand,they almost cover all products need,if you just need the similiar products for confirmaton or test,the samples are free,you need to pay is just the courier cost.If you want the exact products you order,we charge the copper plate cost and can offer you samples in 10-12 days(the number of samples is generally less than 1000 pcs)

 

Q6:How may days will samples be finished?And how about the mass production?

--samples can be finished in 10-12 days(including the copper plates making time)

   the mass production depends on the quantity,generally,we have a production ability of 600,000 pcs per day,for small size,even much more

 

Q7:Do you impact the finished products?

--yes, each step of production and finished products will be came out inspection by QC department before shipping.

--by sea,by freight,by courier(as per the weight and your requirements)
