Wonderful Avocados grown in a cool coastal climate with slow ripening contributing to a creamy texture and buttery taste. Price represents a case of approximately 25 pounds with 48 in the case.

These avocados are not yet ripe. We provide these avocados to you when they have been stored for one week so that you can control the ripening process to your satisfaction and so that you can enjoy the avocados at the peak of their perfection. Total expected ripening time is two weeks. A warm temperature will speed the ripening process. Cooler temperatures will slow the process but do not refrigerate them until they are completely ripe.
