Directions:
Sift flour with sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt into large bowl. Add kiwifruit and walnuts; mix well. Add eggs, butter and vanilla. Stir until blended. put into greased and floured 9-by-5-by-3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees until done, about 1 hour. Cool in pan 5 minutes, then put onto rack to complete cooling. Serve in thin slices. Very good spread with softened cream cheese.
