Preservation in stainless steel tanks for 5 months approximately. Filtration, stabilization (at low temperature), mixing and bottling take place afterwards.

Tasting note | It is a fresh, yellow green wine with bright golden notes. Fruity aroma where citric scents can be tasted resembling lemon. Flowery. Its aromatic features are related to a balanced acidity and a small quantity of residual sugar, which results in a balanced, fresh and smooth flavour.
