Edible Modified Soybean Lecithin is water-soluble lecithin modified from edible soybean lecithin.
Edible Modified Soybean Lecithin is applicable to baking, pastry and cosmetics. It serves the emulsifier of leather greasing agent and can enhance the degree of cross-linking of bond, with stronger bipolarity than concentrated lecithin.
