Our company's product range also includes red peppers of the 'Topa' variety, raised from carefully selected seeds and grown by a small number of contracted growers.
The "Lidya" brand name has become synonymous with Topa pepper products in many countries. Again using Urschel machines, the peppers are cut into cubes or stripes of any size according to the customer's requirements. Since our plant is set in the immediate vicinity of the growing areas, peppers will be processed within 12 hours of being picked, thus preserving their freshness and taste. |
"Lidya" also started to use green and yellow peppers alongside their red kind, to add "Two colours" and 'Tricolour peppers' to it's range. |

'Topa' peppers are also cut in quarters, halves or alternatively left whole, scooped out, cleaned, and stuffed, preferably with cabbage. Although our plant processes only 'Topa' peppers at this point, arrangements are being made to process 'Capia' and 'California Wonder' varieties, whenever customer demand arises. |
