Vintage: A mild winter with good rain and enough cold temperatures gave our vineyards a well-deserved rest. The harvest started a week later than in 2007 with the Sauvignon Blanc planted in our red iron ferricrete soil. The 2008 Sauvignon Blanc harvest was exceptional, with intense Flavours and very healthy grapes. The average yield was 4.7 tons per hectare. We harvested at different sugar levels, from 21.7 23.8 º B for a wide spectrum of flavours and mouth feel.
