Product application:

1.Good for improving color.It is used in the color improvement of food industry，especially for improving gold-brown color，Such as for coloring breads and pastries.

2.Enhance the flavor. It is used for enhancing the flavor of essence and fragrance, and for improving the taste of pet feed.

3.Maillard Browning reaction is obvious，it can be used for producing food seasoning，such as high-end soybean sauce.

4.Food seasoning, flavor improvement，it is applied in ham, sausage, bacon,aquatic products and bean products.

SOLUBILITY: Very soluble in water; slightly soluble in ethanol.

Yusweet,establisehd in 1996.

Yusweet began to produce D-xylose in 1996.

Yusweet began to produce Xylitol in 2004.

In 2005, Joint venture with Danisco to Danisco Sweetener(Anyang)Co.,LTd, then acquired by DuPont in 2011.

In 2017,DuPont sold all share in the JV. Yusweet becomes fully owned.

In Jan,2019,Yusweet new plant has been started to build in Anyang Food Industry Park(5KM far away from the current plant) since 2019,and will be operated in the second half of this year.

The new plant is around 14 hectare and is close to Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway line.

Yusweet will have a new look to serve customers in near future.
