Appellation: Spumante
Grape: 100% Arneis
Vinification technique: Traditional, in steel va ts with controlledtemperature fermentation. Second fermentation in bottle with the addition of selected yeasts and sugars. “Dégorgement” after a minimum period of 18 - 24 months on the yeasts.
Description: Brilliant, sunny, bright with shades of straw yellow and green reflections. Bouquet: full-bodied, with a forceful intense impact, delicate and well balanced. Hints of fruit and floral flav ours that recall peach, apricot, wild broom and camomile. These typical Arneis flav ours are followed by fresh bread and yeast fragrances. Flavour: dry, palatable and pleasantly harmonic. Fine and intense. Perlage: fine and persistent.
Serve at a temperature of : 8-10 °C
Recommended serving: Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect with hors d’oeuvres, and light and vegetable first courses. Ideal also with fish or poultry and for every celebration.
