Production base in Foshan

The production base owns several internationally advanced production lines, including:
The production line of pop tin beverage, imported from Germany, the production capacity of which is 300 tins per minute and 4,500,000 cartons each year (24 tins per cartons), which is also able to produce carbonated beverage of No. 206 tin and the newest No. 202 small tin packing;

Imported from Germany, the production line of beverage of PET bottles, including the sizes of 0.5L, 1.25L and 2L, the production capacity of which is 150 PET bottles of 0.5L per minute and 3,000,000 cartons each year;

Imported from Taiwan, the production line of three-piece cans, the production capacity of which is 200 tins per minute;
The production line of hot-filling PET bottles, the production capacity of which is 180 bottles per minute;

The production base owns advanced detecting instruments, including the Japanese ATAGO RX-5000αdetecting instrument for sugar content, the detecting instrument for quality of can seal from the Tianjin Optical Instrument Factory, the detecting instrument for air content of canned beverage and so on. These detecting instruments can satisfy the normal detecting requirement for the beverage products.
