C hicken Plucker Introduction:

There are four models of poultry plucker produced in our factory.Four designs are much the same as the above picture.The main difference of them is the different production capacity. Comparing with the traditional way of plucking by hand. The production efficiency of our chicken plucker is very high. Taking the model AP-5 as an example,4-5 chickens can be plucked by it at a time and they can be fully removed in just 0.5-1 minute.

Although it named as plucker,it also can be used for plucking duck's feather,goose's feather and bird's feather etc.With high density of plucking rubber fingers,poultry's feather can be completely plucked.

P oultry plucker used method:

Before use, please check whether the voltage of power supply is in conformity with that in data plate, and whether user's power switch,and fuse are in conformity with the request of machine's power.
Test the bottom of rotating disk whether it's work or not, and try to adjust the belt to best.
The water temperature is very important, it must 60-80. drop the poultry into the water and give it stir, thenpickin up after 5-6min.
Remove the birds from the scalder and place them in the drum plucker .turn on the plucker and overhead water. The placking is complete in 15-30 chickens or 2 turkeys at a time.The operator may have to handpick a few remaining feathers.Place the poultry in covered containers before transferring to the evisceration unit.
