Quality: Garlic will be cured, bright white, normal shape, tight outer skin with a minimum of 3outer layers. Bulb will be free from: Cracks, broken segments, sunburn, mud, rootlets, cuts, bruise grey or yellow marks, seriveled segments etc. Stem is about 1. 5cm.
