Round-shaped, semi-soft, light-yellow cheese made from pasteurized cow’s milk, weighing approximately 600 g. Aged for twelve days, it has a supple texture and is easily sliced. Its subtle, extremely pleasant aroma makes it ideal for an appetiser or a desert. It also combines well with a fine bottle of wine.
Ingredients: Cow milk, Milky cultures, Curd, Calcium and Salt.
