Frequency conversion and timing facilities can be added to the system to adapt to different packing speed. CIP can be added to the system. It is also feasible to apply central CIP to system. Electric control system of equipment adopts whole journey auto program control(from cleaning equipment, disinfection, to heat treatment of material).10" colorful touch screen is set upon electric control cabinet.It Monitors work conditions of whole-set equipment continuously. When deviation happens,it will send instructions.Then PLC control system will control and adjust to ensure equipment work efficiently.
