Malaysia traditional secret recipe with no preservative & coloring added.
1. 1-2 kg of Pork Ribs
2. 4 pcs of Toasted Garlic
3. A little of salt
4. 2.5 liter of Water
5. 3 soup spoon of Soy Sauce
1. Rinse Pork Rib
2. When 2.5 of water is boiled, put in pork rib, toasted garlic and "Gambong" bak kut teh soup spices.
3. Use medium heat to cook for 1.5 hours.
4. Add in salt and soy sauce for seasonings.
5. Add pepper before serving.
