Product Description

Elegant chardonnay with good length of flowers and fruit flavours, oak palate, long finish and balancing acidity.

Medium to full-bodied. Pale straw colour, Attractive aromas of vanilla bean, white flowers and citrus with a touch of Hazelnut and peaches and cream. The warm 2007 vintage has afforded a chardonnay which is elegant with a luscious moderate weight and a long endearing finish with balancing, crisp natural acidity and an underlying mineral feel. Good length of flavours.

Serving suggestion :

Enjoy with Poultry and game birds, veal and pork, rabbit, fish and pasta dishes with cream.

Best served at 12°C to 14°C
