Vinification :Classic alcoholic fermentation stainless steel tanks 28 - 26 C
Post fermentic maceration for 4 weeks
Aged for 13 months new french oak barrels(70 %) and american barrels (30%).
Aroma and taste : Highly concentrated and mature .Perfect symphony of
blackcurrant, butterscotch, Coconut and red ripe berries aroma. In the palate long
and persistant finish
Suggestions : Ideal for red meats, also with Truffles and chocolate candies
