All the potato flakes are made from the high quality raw material.

Our potato flakes are made from selected varieties of raw potatoes best suited for dehydration process. Mature raw potatoes are washed, peeled, trimmed and cooked before they enter the drying stage on drum-dryers.

This process is designed to produce potato flakes which rehydrate very easily without cooking when added to warm water.
