IQF edamame kernels are produced from sound and very well cleaned raw material (cleaned using no chemicals). Organic Edamame are washed, blanched, individually quick frozen, screened thru a metal detector, and then packaged in master cartons for shipment. 

In all respects the product shall comply with the EC-Regulation 2092/91and NOP on organic growing. In particular, it shall be free from all foreign or offensive matter, off odours or taints.
