We use purchase and pack method at the garden for Indian Vegetables. For chilled fish we use gel ice, as it retains the temperature below 5'C for 60 hours. In the market flower garland and sting making is a great challenge. For making garland and sting of 100 Kg flowers it requires 30 employees. It should be made within 3 hours. We are very professional in exporting fresh flowers in the market.
