FS1021M is a low viscosity modified maize starch, which is specially developed for encapsulation of flavors, oils and fats. It can be used as a total replacement for gum arabic.
FS1021M modified maize starch can be used in the preparation of flavor emulsions and liquid foods containing oils and fats.
